A DAIC is a Decentralised Autonomous Investment Community. It's essentially a set of coded (programmed) rules and automation that define the governance of a Community that invests in assets.
The AW DAIC runs on top of a private blockchain that can be reviewed only by its members. All decisions, votes, finances, and interactions within the community are recorded on the blockchain to keep a transparent ledger for its members (Angels).
AW Community will work on top of the technology developed by OW Ventures powered by Comudel.
The platform is central to all actions within the AW community (except communication). It allows Angels to submit deal-flow, carry the voting, view AW members, consult financials and review the blockchain. See the platform.
